  • WHERE DO I FIND OUT HOW TO ENTER?

  • WHERE DO I FIND MY CODE?

    The unique 14-character code can be found on the underside of the lids on promotional pots, on the inside sleeve of promotional 4-packs and Little Yeos products and behind the promotional label on milk products

  • MY CODE DOESN’T APPEAR TO WORK.

    Your unique code should be 14 alpha characters in length and begin with the letter ‘E’. The codes are case sensitive, so take good care when you type them in, and do not include any spaces.

     

    If your code does not begin with a ‘E’ this means that it is not from a promotional pack and cannot be used in this promotion. You can still bank other codes as part of our Yeokens scheme as normal here: https://www.yeovalley.co.uk/yeokens

     

    Please check to see that you are typing all 14 characters and each one is correct. If the code you are entering is incorrect you will see a message saying that the code is invalid.

     

    If your code has already been used you will see a message that says it has already been used. It could be that the page has not loaded correctly the first time you submitted your entry. Not to worry – if you are a winner you will receive an email confirmation also.

  • I CAN’T READ THE CODE.

    As the code is made up of small dots, we find that if you hold it slightly away from you, the code stands out more clearly.

     

    If you are still having difficulty reading the code, please take a picture and send through to hello@yeovalley.co.uk, we’ll then try to help you figure it out.

  • WHY DO YOU NEED MY DETAILS?

    We try to limit the information we request for each entry – we want to make the entry process as easy as possible! However we do need some information so that we can contact you if you’re one of the lucky winners. If you do happen to win an instant prize, we need your email address so we can send you details. We ask for your name and postcode so we can quickly verify your details further down the line if you win the main prize.

     

    We will never send you anything or share your details without your permission.

  • WHY DO I HAVE TO POST IN MY PACK TO CLAIM THE MAIN PRIZE?

    This is quite normal for this type of offer. We want our promotion to be fair for everyone. To enter you must purchase one of the promotional packs, therefore, we ask winners to post in their pack to prove they do indeed have the winning pack. This is to prevent any false claims.

  • WHAT ARE YEOKENS?

    Yeokens are an online currency you can collect by buying the tasty things we make – just look out for our packs with the special Yeokens rosette on them.

  • CAN I STILL BANK THE CODE FROM MY PROMOTIONAL PACK WITH MY YEOKENS ACCOUNT?

    If you enter your code on the promotional site first, we will automatically bank the Yeokens into your account (using the email address you provide). Please remember to use the email address associated with your Yeokens account when entering the promotion!

     

    If you bank the code from your promotional pack to your Yeokens account first, you will need to go to the promotional site www.yeovalley.co.uk/earlyman to enter the promotion separately. You can only bank the Yeokens once, so you won’t get any more Yeokens when you enter the promotion if you’ve already banked them.

  • WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A YEOKENS ACCOUNT?

    If you don’t have a Yeokens account, we’ll still bank the Yeokens from your promotional pack under the email address you provide – so if in future you’d like to set up a Yeokens account, you’ll have your Yeokens ready and waiting!

  • WHY IS THERE NO PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL FOR HELP?

    We find that phone lines can get tied up – and know it’s not fun to be on hold!
